“Seeing ‘Shinfo’, doing his best Brian Johnson on a big stage is always a treat as he has the energy and confidence to own it, playing to the crowd and getting them to sing along, while the evident fun he was having is infectious. Dave Wratten in full Angus Young school boy uniform looked the part and played with more energy than I’ve seen from him in the past taking centre stage when needed and, even if he didn’t attempt the duck walks, put in a great performance. The rest of the band matched this, upping the energy and fun from past performances, with Martin Welch (in the Malcolm Young position, though now Dave has the right guitar he really needs that Gretsch to look the part) looking happier than I think I’ve ever seen him, Ben Wratten drumming with more power than I’ve ever heard from him and Andrew Kisbee on bass clearly having a great time and moving around the stage more than ever too.With just this Back In Vraic’s set would have been terrific and memorable but, as they’d been hinting for a while, they went a few steps further and really made this into a show.” Tommy Girard
